EE has now given customers the ability to check the status of the EE network in their area on their website, through a new tool called The Network Status Checker. This newly launched tool can show any planned work that EE are carrying out on the EE network, as well as an overview of the coverage in any specific area.

If a customer experiences a problem with their EE service, they can now check to see if any network improvements are in progress, or if it is a fault which EE engineers are already working on. This tool is map-based and uses a ‘search and map’ functionality, which EE customers will be familiar with from the coverage checker
