T-Mobile – HD Voice Launch

T-Mobile’s HD network enables over 450K existing customers with HD Voice phones to benefit from high definition quality calls.

Now that both the T-Mobile and Orange networks are HD enabled, phone calls between the networks can also be experienced in high definition.

High Definition (HD) Voice delivers a massive improvement in mobile call quality. HD uses network based ‘wideband technology’ to reproduce the human voice more accurately, adding depth and subtlety to the transmitted sound for remarkably clearer call quality. Callers can speak more quietly and be heard more easily, especially noticeable in noisy environments.

Customer Benefits

  • HD is available on a wide range of T-Mobile phones
  • No additional charges, no new settings needed
  • Customers can benefit from T-Mobile or Orange network by giving them access to the biggest 3G network in the UK
  • Customers can make crystal clear calls that sound like you’re in the same room with someone 100’s of miles away
